Lesson 4:

Debate prep. 

In this lesson, students prepare to debate whether Philippe Petit was a hero or a criminal. You could use a breakout room for each team, or meet with each team separately for half the class time to help them prepare. Workbook pp. 15-16 (Lesson 3 homework) provide essential preparation for this debate. If you are not assigning homework, be sure that students complete these pages during class time.
